Maintenance Schedules

This page lists the planned maintenance schedules and events for our managed hosting environment.  If you wish to be automatically notified by email of future maintenance events please contact our support team and we will add you to our email distribution list.

Please note for security reasons we only identify servers by their internal Server ID.  If you do not know the ID(s) relating to your organisation then contact our support team by emailing support@itregister.com.au, or call our office on (03) 9873-1163 between 9:00 and 5:00PM (AEST).

Patch Reboot Window is the time period when a server may be rebooted to apply an operating system or application software patch, or other configuration change. This would normally only result in the server being unavailable for a maximum of 5 minutes.
 
Daiy Incremental Backup Window is the time period when daily backup's of a server are performed.  Perfornance of the server may be reduced for short periods during this time.
 
Weekly Full Backup Window & Weekly VM Backup Window are the time periods when the full weekly backup's of a server are performed.  Performance of a server may be reduced during this time and for a longer periods.
